Eric is no stranger to our community. He’s been a dedicated member of RVFD for the past 6 years, and his hard work and commitment have earned him this well-deserved promotion.
Next time you see him around town, be sure to say hello and congratulate him on this exciting new chapter!

24h Service

Our administrative office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Our suppression staff is on duty 24/7/365. If you are trying to reach our staff and they are not in the office, they may be on a call or are in a meeting, but on an emergency call or training nearby. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Fire Chief

A message from Fire Chief Jim Tucker:

On behalf of the Rincon Valley Fire District, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I am incredibly humbled and honored to lead our dedicated and hardworking employees who strive to provide exceptional customer service to our community. Regardless of your needs. Our firefighters and administrative staff are ready to serve. Since our inception as an all-volunteer fire district, we have grown considerably. Today, the district is an all-career, all-risk service provider with two fire stations and 51 full-time firefighters.

As Rincon Valley Fire District looks toward the future, we will continually strive to be an adaptable, resourceful organization that capitalizes on opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
